MARINE GREASE (GR015)
LIQUID WRENCH® Marine Grease offers superior rust and corrosion protection from saltwater, salt air, and atmospheric chemicals. Special water-insoluble formula recommended for corrosive marine applications—trailer wheel bearings, water pumps, hinges, pins, winches, anchor chain reels. This is an Overbased Calcium Sulfonate grease, characterized by exceptional corrosion protection, high dropping point, and mechanical stability. Due to its unique chemistry, this product provides superior protection against corrosion in harsh, corrosive environments. The very high load-carrying ability, excellent resistance to water, oxidation, and corrosion, and outstanding performance in a wide temperature range, make it a high-performance premium grease. This grease exhibits excellent pumpability characteristics. It contains no heavy metals or other harmful or environmentally undesirable additives such as phosphorus, chlorine, zinc, phenols, antimony, barium, or lead.
Manila 3 strand Ropes
Manila rope is a natural rope. LKT MarineRopes manila is produced from high-quality raw material. The construction is 3-strand twisted, but other constructions are possible on request. Manila rope used to be commonly used in the shipping industry as a ship rope. Today, it is still used in the shipping industry and the yachting industry for rigging classic ships. Additionally, manila rope is widely used as pull rope, bannister rope, ship rope, skirting rope, and twines. Due to its natural look, manila rope is also a perfect choice for decoration purposes.
LOAD BINDERS
A lever type of load binder (also known as lever chain or snap binders) is made up of a simple machine, a lever, with a tension hook on each end. The lever is used to increase the force applied to a tie-down. The lever is hinged and takes up the slack by pulling on one end of the tension hook and will lock itself after a 180-degree rotation of the lever around the hinge. They require a relatively high manual force to be applied by the person installing the binder in order for it to tighten and secure the chain. While they take more manual force, they are typically quicker and simpler to install because of their straightforward design and application with fewer moving parts.
